Joe Henriques, CFP®, AIF®

Joe's Journey:

Joe received his bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce University. He then attained much success and recognition as a previous employee of both Pitney Bowes and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and as a small business owner in the New York City area.

Joe’s time with ADP gave him experience handling 401(k) and simple IRA plans. Joe has received many accolades for his work, including ADP’s Board of Directors award and national recognition as one of ADP’s top ten district managers. Joe came to CWA with a strong understanding of small businesses and retirement vehicles.

Joe received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certification, meeting rigorous professional standards and the commitment to principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism, and diligence when dealing with his clients. He has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation. The AIF® program provides designees the knowledge needed to implement a prudent process into their investment practices and being able to assist others in implementing proper policies and procedures according to fiduciary standards.

In 2014, Joe joined the American Cancer Society Volunteer Leadership Council to rally individuals and communities and empower them to fight back against cancer. Joe was a member of the Cancer Action Network (CAN) in May 2015 and was involved with lobbying Pennsylvania lawmakers to help pass state laws ensuring people have access to coverage for lifesaving cancer screenings and treatments.

In 2015, Joe was named Forty Under 40 by the Central Penn Business Journal. This award recognizes the Capital Region’s most accomplished young business leaders committed to business growth, professional excellence, and community service. Joe was also selected to join the Leadership Harrisburg Area Class of 2016 Community Leadership Series. Joe founded the Camp Hill Networking Group and is a Central PA Networking Group member.
